Maria Sikoutris Di lorio MA, Ed.S., MFT, LPC
As a licensed psychotherapist and Clinical Director at the Hellenic Therapy Center, I have spent over three decades helping individuals and families navigate life’s most challenging moments. In my work, I’ve witnessed extraordinary resilience—the quiet strength it takes to rise after heartbreak, trauma, fear, or self-doubt.
I created Against All Odds to amplify those stories of courage. This platform is a space where real people share the moments that shaped them, the obstacles they overcame, and the voices they discovered along the way. Through interviews, conversations, and storytelling, my goal is to show that healing and empowerment are possible for everyone—no matter where you begin.
My background as a therapist allows me to approach these stories with compassion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of human resilience. My passion as a storyteller allows me to bring these journeys to life.
